本文从临河地区甜菜氮磷代谢特点,分析了该地区近年来甜菜含糖率低的原因。研究结果表明:该地区由于氮肥施用过量,磷肥不足,导致甜菜体内氮代谢过旺,磷代谢较弱,体内氮、磷平衡严重失调,特别是在糖分积累期块根中氮代谢加强,致使糖分含量下降。减少氮肥用量,增加磷肥,协调氮磷比例是提高临河地区甜菜含糖率的有效途径之一。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism of sugar beet in Linhe area and analyzed the reason of low sugar content in sugar beet in recent years. The results showed that: due to excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer and insufficient phosphate fertilizer, the nitrogen metabolism in beet is too strong and the phosphorus metabolism is weak, and the balance of nitrogen and phosphorus in the body is seriously imbalanced, especially the nitrogen metabolism in root tuber during sugar accumulation, decline.
