1.问题的提出退火是矽钢片生产过程中十分关键的一个工艺环节,直接关系到矽钢片的电磁性能(牌号)和翘曲度质量。由于控制对象具有很大的热惯量和滞后特性,加上测温仪表的精度限制以及两位式通断配电盘的固有缺陷,因此利用人工控制退火质量波动较大,最大温度超调≥10℃。为提高控制精度,确保退火工艺的正确执行,提出了用电子计算机控制退火温度的科研项目。

Due to the large thermal inertia and hysteresis characteristics of the control object, as well as the precision limit of the temperature measuring instrument and the inherent defects of the two-position switchboard, the quality of the manually controlled annealing fluctuates greatly and the maximum temperature overshoot is more than or equal to 10 ℃. In order to improve the control precision and ensure the correct implementation of the annealing process, a scientific research project of controlling the annealing temperature by electronic computer was put forward.
