一、前言一九七七年,在研究置于大气暴露条件下耐老化的玻璃钢制品中,寻找了一种易得的价廉的能够增强钢度的填充材料,为检验该材料密度的均匀性及结构缺陷,用X线进行透视和照片时,发现该材料具有较强的屏蔽X线的性能。这一偶然的发现,引起了我们浓厚的兴趣,对这种非金属复合材料防护X线的性能特点,我们进行了近三年的研究,取得了一定成果,优选出了XFA、XFB—1,XFB—2等三种型号的材料,并试制成了防护医用X线的机房门、窗及照相隔室等成品。
