为了研究宫内节育器对胚泡形成及着床的影响,将节育器放入大鼠左侧子宫内,以右侧子宫作对照。56只大鼠分为5组,分别在妊娠的不同时期处死。第一组于妊娠2—3天处死,两侧输卵管内都有正常发育的胚泡,两侧子宫都没有胚泡;第二组于妊娠4天处死,两侧输卵管内都有正常发育的胚泡,两侧子宫都没有胚泡;第三组于妊娠5天处死,实验子宫内没有一个胚泡,对照子宫内有正常发育的胚泡,两侧输卵管内都没有胚泡;第四组为子宫阴道端结扎组,结果和第三组相同;第五组于妊娠6—7天处死,实验子宫内没有一个植入斑,对照子宫都有植入斑,胚发育正常。本研究提示:宫内节育器不影响大鼠的受精、卵裂,也不加速孕卵的运行。宫内节育器的主要作用可能是改变宫腔环境而致胚毒效应。
In order to study the effect of IUD on blastocyst formation and implantation, the IUD was placed in the left uterus of rats and the right uterus was used as a control. Fifty-six rats were divided into five groups and sacrificed at different stages of pregnancy. This study suggests that: IUD does not affect the fertilization of rats, cleavage, nor the operation of ovulation. The main role of IUD may be to change the uterine environment and embryo toxin effect.
