目的观察氯胺酮与速眠新Ⅱ复合麻醉对SPF兔的麻醉效果。方法 2~2.5kgSPF兔90只,雌雄兼用,分成A、B、C3组,A组单纯注射速眠新Ⅱ,0.2mL/kg;B组注射氯胺酮与速眠新Ⅱ复合麻醉剂0.2mL/kg;C组注射氯胺酮与速眠新Ⅱ复合麻醉剂0.5mL/kg。均采用肌肉注射。结果 A组诱导时间长,为10~30min,麻醉时间为60~90min,苏醒时间为90~120min,有呼吸及循环系统抑制现象;B组诱导时间为5~7min,麻醉时间为40~60min,苏醒时间为15~30min,呼吸及循环系统无明显的抑制现象;C组诱导时间为3~5min,麻醉时间为120~180min,苏醒时间为30~60min,偶有呼吸抑制或暂停现象。A、B、C3组镇痛、镇静、肌松效果良好,均无死亡。结论氯胺酮与速眠新Ⅱ复合麻醉可根据实验所需时间长短来控制麻醉深度,其诱导、苏醒时间短,是一种比较理想的SPF兔麻醉剂。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of ketamine combined with Supamycin Ⅱ anesthesia on SPF rabbits. Methods 90 rabbits with 2 ~ 2.5kg SPF were divided into A, B and C3 groups, group A was injected with hypnotic Ⅱ (0.2 mL / kg), and group B was injected with 0.2 mL / kg ketamine and hypnotic Ⅱ. Group C was injected ketamine and hypnosis Ⅱ combined anesthetics 0.5mL / kg. All use of intramuscular injection. Results The induction time in group A was 10 ~ 30min, the anesthesia time was 60 ~ 90min, the awake time was 90 ~ 120min, and the respiratory and circulatory system was inhibited. The induction time in group A was 5-7min, the anesthesia time was 40-60min, Resuscitation time was 15 ~ 30min, respiratory and circulatory system no obvious inhibition; C group induction time is 3 ~ 5min, anesthesia time is 120 ~ 180min, awake time is 30 ~ 60min, occasional respiratory depression or suspension phenomenon. A, B, C3 group of analgesic, sedation, muscle relaxant effect is good, no death. Conclusion Combined ketamine and hypnotic Ⅱ anesthesia can control the depth of anesthesia according to the length of time required for the experiment. It is an ideal SPF rabbit anesthetic.
