无油压缩空气对于食品工业、需要仪表用风的某些工业控制系统及许多制造工业都是非常重要的。无润滑压缩机的操作者自然希望这些压缩机也能象传统的往复式压缩机那样运行。然而,某些异常问题的出现却与无润滑往复式压缩机有关。这些问题大部分是因错误安装、不正常运转以及缺乏保养知识造成的。通常压缩机操作者是不容易得到足够的有关无油润滑压缩机的设计、结构和运行的资料。
Oil-free compressed air is of crucial importance to the food industry, to certain industrial control systems that require meter air, and to many manufacturing industries. Operators of non-lubricated compressors naturally expect these compressors to operate like conventional reciprocating compressors. However, the emergence of some abnormalities has been associated with non-lubricated reciprocating compressors. Most of these problems are caused by incorrect installation, malfunctioning, and lack of maintenance knowledge. Compressor operators are generally not readily available with sufficient information on the design, construction and operation of oil-free oil-cooled compressors.
