干扰素是广谱抗病毒制剂,临床使用安全、有效。目前临床使用者较多是从人血白细胞中提取的α—干扰素,其临床效价低、纯度差,对早期病毒感染性疾病的部分病例有减轻症状、缩短病程的作用,而对重症病毒感染性疾病,其疗效不定。干扰能是用基因工程方法合成的高纯度、高效价α—干扰素,国内外用此药治疗肿瘤、乙型肝炎等疾病取得了一定疗效,但至今干扰能在儿科应用报告甚少。近2年间,我们用干扰能治疗重症腺病毒肺炎24例,取得了较好的疗效,报告如下。
