中学《基础教育课程改革纲要》中强调要“改变课程实施中过于强调接受学习,死记硬背,机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与,乐于探究,勤于动手”。而要改变学生这样的学习方式,就必须改进教师的教学方式,实现教与学的优化整合。反思现有的教学,存在的最根本的问题不在于技术、方法和手段,而在教育教学理念方面,在于教师强调了“教”而没有把学生的“学”凸显出来。因此,英语教师应积极探讨新课改,尝试新教法,发挥并充分调动互助小组的作用,构建师生合作共同体,实现有意义的师生对话,努力打造“三段六环”模式下的高效英语课堂教学模式。
In the Outline of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education in High Schools, it emphasizes that “we should change the status quo of accepting learning, rote memorization and mechanical training too much in the implementation of the curriculum so as to promote students’ active participation, willingness to explore and diligence.” To change the way students learn, we must improve the teaching methods of teachers, teaching and learning to achieve the optimal integration. Reflect on the existing teaching, the most fundamental problem lies not in technology, methods and means, but in the teaching philosophy, the teacher emphasizes “teaching ” without highlighting the student “learning ”. Therefore, English teachers should actively discuss the new curriculum reform, try new teaching methods, give full play to the role of mutual aid groups, construct a community of teachers and students, achieve meaningful dialogue between teachers and students, and strive to create a “three-phase six-ring” model Under the efficient English classroom teaching mode.
