住建部6月7日发布了《国有土地上房屋征收评估办法》,作为《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》的配套政策,确定了房屋征收补偿的评估办法。新的房屋征收评估规定明确了负责房地产价格评估的机构由被征收人协商选定;征收房屋的价值将完全按照类似房地产的市场价格,不再综合政府定期公布的房地产市场价格。
On June 7, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development promulgated Measures for the Assessment of Housing Expropriation on State-owned Land as the supporting policy for the Regulations on the Collection and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land, and determined the measures for assessing the compensation for expropriation of houses. The new assessment of housing expropriation stipulates that the agency responsible for assessing the real estate price will be selected through consultation by the expropriated person. The value of the expropriated housing will be completely based on the market price of similar real estate and will no longer be integrated with the government’s regularly announced real estate market price.
