由于静态超声探伤仪器使用范围的局限性,许多单位,特别是科研单位,提出需要一种能在设备或部件受载的情况下,检测出其内部伤情活动情况的仪器。声发发射测定仪便可满足这种要求。于是,厂党委决定试制单通道声发射测定仪。我们克服了许多困难,在合肥通用机械研究所声发射课题组及其他兄弟单位的支持协助下,试制成功了两台样机。之后,又对仪器进行了大量的改进工作和试验。为了互通情报,取长补短,现将我厂试制生产的SF1—1型单通道声发射测定仪简介如下。
Due to the limitations of the use of static ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus, many units, especially scientific research institutes, have proposed that an instrument capable of detecting the internal injury activity under the condition that the equipment or components are loaded is needed. Acoustic emission detector can meet this requirement. As a result, the factory party decided to trial production of single-channel acoustic emission detector. We have overcome many difficulties. With the support of the Acoustic Emission Task Force and other fraternal units at the Hefei Institute of General Machinery, we successfully produced two prototypes. After that, a great deal of improvement work and experiment were carried out on the instrument. In order to exchange information, learn from each other, now I plant trial production SF1-1 type single-channel acoustic emission detector briefings are as follows.
