在金属切削过程中,工艺编制、工艺流程是机械加工的首要任务.为了达到图纸的技术要求,解决生产中的技术问题,可能需要车间与车间的技术协作,工种与工种的协调等关系.在机械加工时往往遇到要求高、难度大的品种,例如孔加工.因为加工时刀杆细长、钢性差、难观察、排屑难等多种因素,特别是机床钢性差、工件材料杂质多及加工时观察不到它的表面粗糙度(Ra)的粗细.所以深孔加工有一定困难,在加工过程中只能用耳听和平时的经验去感觉.事实上金属切削过程是个复杂的运动过程,要完成它必须要了解机床、工件材料、使用的刀具等各种因素,只有熟悉工件材料和形状、刀具的角度,才能正确解决生产中遇到的各种问题.“,”In metal cutting process,machining process is priority.To achieve technical requirements and solve technical problems,we may need technology collaborations between different workshops.In mechanical processing,we often meet demanding and difficult big varieties.For example hole processing is one of this kind.Because processing knife is stem slender,poor and difficult to observe,rigid scraps discharge difficult and so on many kinds of factors,especially when machine rigidity is bad.The work piece material and processing impurities see its surface roughness.During processing we can only use ear to listen.The work piece materials,the shape,the angle of familiar with tools and understanding,can correctly solve production problems encountered.
