Qin Xiu Ping Born in 1973 in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province 1995 Graduated from Fine Arts Department, Yantai Teachers College 2007 Graduated from Nanjing Arts Institute with a Master’s Degree and Teaches at the School 2013 Ph.D., Nanjing Arts Institute, Ph.D. Professor Zhou Jingxin is a lecturer at the Nanjing Fine Arts Institute.
