我们抚顺水泥厂,在上级领导和蹲点调查组的帮助下,从今年五月中旬开始,开展了整顿劳动组织、定员定额工作。通过调查摸底,核实岗位,制订编制,拟订出新的组织机构和定编定员方案。全厂定员由1965人,压缩到1689人,减少了276人,占职工总数的14.05%。组织机构由39个压缩到31个,管理人员减少了66人。工种岗位由354个压缩到343个。服务人员和其他人员由305人压缩到251人,减少54人。非生产人员由原来的29.11%,压缩到22.20%。劳动形式由三班半倒改为三班倒。定编定员后,全员劳动生产率19673元/人·年,达到我厂历史最好水平。对于精减下来的人员,已安置了246人。通过这项工作的开展,进一步整顿和加强了劳动纪律,推动了企业全面整顿的深入开展。一、统一思想,提高认识我厂在企业全面整顿工作中,为了落实经济责任制,制定工作标准和考核办法,巩固整
Fushun Cement Factory, with the help of the superior leaders and the investigation team, started to rectify the work organization and fixed quotas in mid-May of this year.
