本文以博莱霉素注入小鼠气管内诱发肺泡炎导致肺纤维化。对肺泡灌洗液(BAL)内细胞进行分类,检测了BAL中及肺泡巨噬细胞(PM)培养上清液内酸性磷酸酶活性,并检测了PM培养上清液对成纤维细胞增殖的影响。结果表明,实验组BAL中PM数增加,酸性磷酸酶活性上升,并与肺胶原蛋白含量相关,PM培养上清使肺成纤维细胞 ̄3H-TdR掺入增加,这些均提示PM与肺纤维化发生相关。
In this paper, bleomycin injection intratracheal mouse alveolitis induced pulmonary fibrosis. The cells in alveolar lavage fluid (BAL) were classified and the acid phosphatase activity in BAL and alveolar macrophage (PM) culture supernatant was tested. The effect of PM culture supernatant on the proliferation of fibroblasts . The results showed that in the experimental group, the number of PM in the BAL increased and the activity of acid phosphatase increased, which was correlated with the content of lung collagen. The PM culture supernatant increased the incorporation of 3H-TdR into the lung fibroblasts, which suggested PM and pulmonary fibrosis Relevant.
