目的了解因非心脏疾病住院患者常规心电图检查结果,从而为患者的综合治疗提供重要的参考价值。方法对所有患者行常规心电图检查,对主要心电图异常表现进行分析。结果随年龄增大,心电图异常检出率明显升高,在异常心电图中,ST-T改变发病率最高。结论因非心脏疾病患者入院的常规心电图检查阳性率较高,建议对任何病因入院患者均应常规行心电图检查,其对患者的综合治疗具有重要指导意义及参考价值。
Objective To understand the results of conventional electrocardiogram (ECG) examination in hospitalized patients with non-cardiac diseases, so as to provide an important reference value for the comprehensive treatment of patients. Methods All patients underwent routine ECG examination, the main ECG abnormalities were analyzed. Results With the increase of age, the detection rate of ECG abnormalities increased significantly, in the abnormal ECG, the highest incidence of ST-T changes. Conclusion Due to the high prevalence of routine electrocardiography (ECG) admitted to hospital for patients with non-cardiac disease, it is suggested that electrocardiogram should be routinely performed in patients admitted to hospital with any cause, which is of great guiding significance and reference value for the comprehensive treatment of patients.
