年年两会,今又两会。在今年的全国两会的国际饭店驻地,矿泉水瓶身上写着名字,矿泉水瓶上都“实名”了。实际上,今年全国人大和全国政协都提出了改进会风的措施,全国人民代表大会有17项改进会风的措施,全国政协提出18项改进会风的措施,会场内外呈现节俭务实新风,提升了政府在公众心目中的形象。节俭新风扑面而来。今年的两会召开一切从简,例行节约,改进会风有了硬性规定且较具体。如代表委员到北京没有了各种欢迎仪式,没有了警车开道;委员到住地就餐,一律不安排高档菜肴和酒水,代表团集体吃自助餐,菜谱要简化,食材都是老百姓平时家里吃的。两会中,纸质材料都是两面打印的,减少了代表团的简报期数,简报摘发的代表发言数字都不超过400字,每个提案只打印出了含标题等信息的首页都是电子版的,网上提交;会场布置也比较简洁大方,会议时间在往年的基础上明显缩短,在会场还有明显的禁烟提示。2014
