2008年12月25日至26日,中共云南省委八届六次全委会在昆明召开。全委会提出,紧紧抓住国家扩大内需的重大机遇。更加自觉坚定地扭住经济建设这个中心不动摇,更加自觉坚定地推动科学发展不放松,坚持保增长、扩内需、调结构,进一步深化改革开放。着力保障和改善民生,坚定信心,迎难而上,真抓实干,攻坚克难,千方百计保持全省经济平稳较快增长和社会和谐稳定,为实现更长时间、更高水平、更好质量的发展打下坚实基础。
