农牧渔业部于一九八二年十二月二日至八日在上海宝山召开了全国棉花枯、黄萎病调查总结会,交流总结一九八二年五月在山东泰安召开的全国棉花枯、黄萎病检疫技术讨论会以来,各地开展两病调查工作的情况和经验,讨论了一九八三年两病检疫和防治工作的意见并评选出六十五个两病检疫和防治工作做得好的先进单位。现将总结报告摘要刊登如下。
