1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 全部病例均为我院1995年11月～1999年2月住院患者,诊断符合1995年第5次全国传染病会议制订的病毒性肝炎防治方案诊断标准。75例患者分为治疗组30例,对照组25例。治疗组:急性黄疸型肝炎15例,淤胆型肝炎4例,慢性重型肝炎5例,亚急性重型肝炎6例;男18例,女12例;年龄18～69岁。对照组:急性黄疸型肝炎14例,淤胆型肝炎2例,慢性重型肝炎4例,亚急性重型肝炎5例;男16例,女9例;年龄20～67岁。
1 Clinical data 1.1 General information All cases were hospitalized in our hospital from November 1995 to February 1999, diagnosed in line with the Fifth National Infectious Disease Conference in 1995 developed the diagnostic criteria for viral hepatitis prevention and treatment programs. Thirty-five patients were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 25). Treatment group: 15 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis, 4 cases of cholestatic hepatitis, 5 cases of chronic severe hepatitis, subacute severe hepatitis in 6 cases; 18 males and 12 females; aged 18 to 69 years. Control group: 14 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis, 2 cases of cholestatic hepatitis, 4 cases of chronic severe hepatitis, 5 cases of subacute severe hepatitis; 16 males and 9 females; aged 20 to 67 years old.
