把安顺建设成为“黔中经济区重要增长极、黔中城市群重要中心城市、生态文化旅游融合发展示范区、开放型经济试验区”。到2024年,基本形成特色鲜明、结构合理、功能配套、竞争力强的现代产业体系,成为黔中经济区重要增长极。正当全市上下深人贯彻落实国发2号文件,奋力赶超跨越的关键时期,5月12日,省委、省政府制定出台《关于进一步支持安顺加快经济社会发展的意见》(黔党发[2012]15号),安顺迎来了千载难逢的发展树。这饱含着省委、省正勿符对安顺的期望和关怀,凝聚着省直各部门的支持和帮助,承载着全市人民的热切期盼。
Anshun Construction into “an important growth in Central Guizhou Economic Zone, an important city in central Guizhou city, eco-cultural tourism integration demonstration zone, open economy pilot zone.” By 2024, a modern industrial system featuring distinctive features, rational structure, functional support and strong competitiveness will be basically formed and become an important growth pole in Qianzhong Economic Zone. While the whole city is deeply committed to carrying out the document No. 2 issued by the State Council and struggling to catch up with and surpassing the critical period, on May 12, the provincial party committee and government formulated and promulgated the Opinions on Further Supporting Anshun to Speed up Economic and Social Development (Qian Duan Fa [ 2012] No. 15), Anshun ushered in a golden tree of development. This is full of the provincial party committee, the province is not looking forward to Anshun’s expectations and care, embodies the provincial departments directly under the support and assistance, carrying the people of the city’s fervent hope.
