GaP负电子亲和势(NEA)冷阴极用于无交叉点型电子枪,它与光导型无定形硒靶一起安装在摄象管内。并且利用通过P—n结的几毫安正向偏置电流获得足以使摄象管工作的束电流。从电子束着靶曲线测出的等效束温约为600K。这就有可能在低照度条件下减小容性惰性。在信号电流为25nA时,1英寸管在开启和关闭光照三场后上升和衰减惰性分别是90%和12%。用电子发射面直径为50μm的冷阴极可获得中心为800电视线的水平极限分辨率,并可重现具有良好灰度等级的高质量图象。
GaP Negative Electron Affinity (NEA) Cold Cathode is used in a cross-point type electron gun, which is mounted in a camera tube together with a light-guide amorphous selenium target. And the beam current sufficient to operate the video tube is obtained by a few milliamps forward bias current through the P-n junction. The equivalent beam temperature measured from the electron beam target curve is about 600K. This makes it possible to reduce capacitive inertia in low light conditions. At a signal current of 25nA, the 1-inch tube rises and decays inertly at 90% and 12%, respectively, after switching on and off light for three fields. Using a cold cathode with an electron emitting surface diameter of 50 μm, a horizontal limit resolution of 800 lines centered at the center is obtained and a high quality image with good gradation can be reproduced.
