河北省机械工程学会工业炉专业委员会,经过半年多的准备工作,于1988年10月18日在省会石家庄市成立。第一届管理委员会由高等院校、科研设计、生产厂家等28个单位31位委员组成。河北省机械厅生产计划处处长史桂才同志出任主任委员,机电部北方设计研究院王占忠高级工程师出任总干事,工业炉专业委员会靠挂在机电部北方设计研究院。在成立大会上,天津工业炉学会、山西省工业炉学会、河北省金属学会冶金能源学术委
Hebei Province, Mechanical Engineering Society Industrial Furnace Professional Committee, after more than six months of preparatory work, in October 18, 1988 in the capital of Shijiazhuang City was established. The first session of the Management Committee consists of 31 members from 28 institutions including universities, research institutes, and manufacturers. Mr. Shi Guicai, chief of production planning department of Hebei Machinery Department, took the post of chairman, and Wang Zhanzhong, senior engineer of Northern Design and Research Institute of Ministry of Mechanical and Electric Industry, took the post of Director General. The industrial furnace professional committee was linked by the Northern Design and Research Institute of MEP.
