目的:了解镇宁县卖淫妇女艾滋病性病流行情况,为采取艾滋病性病的干预控制措施提供科学依据。方法:对镇宁县辖区内娱乐场所中的卖淫妇女进行调查,并采集静脉血进行HIV抗体和梅毒检测。结果:236例卖淫妇女中,最小年龄15岁,最大年龄49岁,平均年龄27.4岁;初中及以下文化228例,未婚82例,已婚148例;外来流动人员191例;从未或有时使用安全套165例;查出HIV感染者2例,梅毒感染者11例。结论:卖淫妇女的艾滋病相关危险行为发生率和性病感染率较高,应加强对该人群艾滋病性病监测,积极开展预防艾滋病性病知识健康教育,是控制其传播的重要措施。
Objective: To understand the epidemic situation of HIV / AIDS among prostitutes in Zhenning County and to provide a scientific basis for AIDS interventions. Methods: To investigate the prostitutes in the entertainment area of Zhenning County and to collect the venous blood for the detection of HIV antibody and syphilis. Results: Among the 236 prostitutes, the youngest was 15 years old and the oldest was 49 years old, with an average age of 27.4 years. There were 228 cases of junior high school and below, 82 cases of unmarried, 148 cases of married, 191 cases of migrant workers, and never or sometimes used Condom in 165 cases; detected in HIV-infected 2 cases, 11 cases of syphilis infection. Conclusion: The prevalence of AIDS-related risk behaviors and STD infection among prostitutes women should be increased. HIV / AIDS STD surveillance in this population should be strengthened and HIV / AIDS STD knowledge health education should be actively carried out. This is an important measure to control the spread of STDs.
