目的了解西城区托幼机构细菌污染状况,进一步做好托幼机构消毒隔离指导工作,并探讨托幼机构消毒卫生指标。方法对辖区38所托幼机构卧室空气、幼儿及教师手、物体表面和餐具的污染状况进行采样检测。结果室内空气细菌总数中位数994 cfu/m3,幼儿及教师手为9 cfu/cm2;物体表面为12 cfu/cm2;餐饮具为0 cfu/cm2。结论辖区托幼机构4类样品细菌总数整体呈偏态分布,初步提出4类样品消毒评价标准数值。
Objective To understand the bacterial contamination status of nurseries in Xicheng District and to do a better job of disinfection and isolation of nurseries and nurses. Methods Take samples of the bedroom air, young children and teachers’ hands, the surface of objects and the utensils in 38 jurisdictions. Results The median total number of indoor air bacteria was 994 cfu / m3, with 9 cfu / cm2 for children and teachers; 12 cfu / cm2 for objects and 0 cfu / cm2 for tableware. Conclusion The total number of bacteria in the four types of kindergartens in the area was skewed as a whole, and the standard values of disinfection evaluation for four types of samples were initially proposed.
