一、前言 Ni—Cr-Al—Mn—Si合金是一种Ni—Cr改良型的精密电阻合金。它是在四十年代后期开始研究并逐步发展和完善起来的,根据添加元素的不同,分别叫做卡玛(Karma)、伊文(Evanohm)等名称,国内是从1964年开始研制这两种合金的。根据长期生产、使用情况表明,卡玛(Ni—Cr—Al—Fe)和伊文(Ni—Cr—Al—Cu)两类精密电阻合金存在着热加工比较困难,微细丝有较严重的自然脆断现象和焊接性能不够理想等弊病,现在倾向于采用Ni—Cr—Al—Mn—Si精密电阻合金,常用的瑞典尼科罗太丝(Nikrothal—Lx)就属于这种类型。
