文章以对千余名党校学员的问卷调查为基础,力求从理论与实际的结合上进行研究。从理论上探讨了深入贯彻落实科学发展观对党的建设,特别是对思想理论建设提出的新要求,根据调查资料比较详细分析了当前贯彻落实科学发展观实践的新情况,遵循党的十七大精神、特别是党中央关于开展学习和实践科学发展观活动的有关精神,提出了通过加强党的思想理论建设,为贯彻落实科学发展观提供思想保证的思路和对策。
Based on the questionnaire survey of more than a thousand party school students, the article tries hard to study from the combination of theory and practice. From the theoretical point of view, it discusses in depth the application of the Scientific Outlook on Development to the party construction, especially the new requirements for the construction of ideological theory. According to the survey data, it analyzes in detail the new situation of implementing the scientific outlook on development and follows the principle of " The spirit of the CPC Central Committee, and especially the spirit of the party Central Committee on carrying out activities of studying and practicing the scientific concept of development, put forward the ideas and countermeasures for providing ideological guarantee for the implementation of the scientific concept of development through strengthening the ideological and theoretical work of the party.
