股权结构因素与公司绩效的量化研究是分析两者关系的关键,本文在论述国内外学者对于两者关系研究的基础上,以我国2007年上交所上市的730家公司作为研究对象,通过实证研究分析方法,分析得出国有股比例与公司绩效具有显著的正相关关系,境内法人股比例与公司绩效也具有显著的正相关关系。而人民币普通股、外资股比例与公司绩效之间无显著相关关系。研究结果还表明,资产规模与公司绩效正相关,资产负债率与公司绩效负相关。
The quantitative research on the ownership structure and corporate performance is the key to the analysis of the relationship between the two. Based on the discussion of the domestic and foreign scholars’research on the relationship between the two, 730 companies listed on the SSE in China as the research object, Method, analysis shows that the proportion of state-owned shares and corporate performance has a significant positive correlation between the proportion of domestic corporate shares and corporate performance has a significant positive correlation. There is no significant correlation between the proportion of RMB ordinary shares and foreign capital shares and the performance of the company. The results also show that asset size is positively correlated with company performance, and asset-liability ratio is negatively correlated with company performance.
