一、病例摘要患者28岁,因“产后1年2个月,排尿困难1d”于2010年7月12日入院。患者于1年前足月妊娠,在基层医院阴道分娩,因出现第二产程延长,无手术条件转入本院。患者平素月经规律,月经:3~5/28~30d,经量中等,无痛经,26岁结婚,孕1产1。无阴道手术史。入院时查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏86次/分,血压120/80mm Hg(1mmHg=0.133Kpa)。产科检查:宫高30cm,腹围96cm,左枕前
