日立哲学:和、诚、开拓精神 日立制作所的经营哲学就是“和、诚、开拓精神”三位一体的日立精神。 所谓“和”,指在自由坦率地讨论基础上,全体员工朝着一个目标迈进。日立的会议桌是圆形的,参加会议者人人平等,那些职位低的人不会因为介意自己所处的地位,担心人微言轻。日立“和之精神”还体现在公司形成了风气,据调查,464家企业职工对本企业提出的各种建议总计2353万项,其中日立共提421万项,位居第一。
