本文对20例肝硬化患者进行了谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)、谷草转氨酶(SGOT)与单氨氧化酶(SMAO)三种血清酶(简称POA)的活性测定,同时分别以(CCl_4)造成兔肝细胞变性、坏死及纤维化的模型,然后同样测定其POA活性,并取肝作病理检验。通过对临床观察及相应的动物模型实验结果的比较研究,指出POA活性测定可以反映肝硬化患者的肝细胞变性,坏死及纤维化程度,进而可以作为疗效观察的生化检验指标。若加上血清醛缩酶同工酶A及(或)血清甲胎蛋白含量、四联酶的活性溯定,我们认为可以进一步判断肝硬化的预后。
In this paper, the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) and monoamine oxidase (SMAO) serum enzymes (POA) was measured in 20 patients with liver cirrhosis, and rabbit liver was induced by (CCl_4). Models of cell degeneration, necrosis, and fibrosis were then assayed for POA activity as well and for liver biopsy. By comparing the clinical observation and the corresponding animal model experimental results, it was pointed out that the determination of POA activity can reflect the degree of hepatic cell degeneration, necrosis and fibrosis in patients with liver cirrhosis, and then it can be used as a biochemical test indicator for observation of curative effect. If we add serum aldolase isoenzyme A and (or) serum alpha-fetoprotein content and tetra-enzyme activity staging, we believe that the prognosis of cirrhosis can be further evaluated.
