病例报告 王××,女,27岁,护士,发育营养中等,一般健康。原无任何自觉症状,在一次工作人员体检时,发现右侧扁桃体一致性增大(Ⅱ度),触之比左侧(Ⅰ度)硬。颈部及颌下未触到肿大之淋巴结。活检(右)为“慢性扁桃体炎,不能除外恶性瘤之可能性”。1961年11月2日收容住院检查治疗。查体,除右侧扁桃体较大外,未发现其它可供参考之阳性体征。在局麻下,剥离摘除双侧扁桃体,经过顺利,双侧扁桃体剥离完整。扁桃体之体积,用排液量计算,右侧为8ml,左侧为1ml。

Except for the larger right tonsils, no other positive signs were found. Under local anesthesia, the bilateral tonsils were removed and removed, and the bilateral tonsils were peeled off. The volume of the tonsils was calculated from the volume of fluid discharged, with 8 ml on the right and 1 ml on the left.
