1.红色长波光(600—760nm)促进稻苗伸长生长,植株徒长细长,叶鞘长,叶片较薄,单苗干重/株高比小,稻苗生长效率低,群体稻苗株高整齐度(%)差。蓝色短波光(350—450nm)具有抑制稻苗徒长伸长的作用,植株矮短粗壮,叶片充实肥厚,叶鞘短,单苗干重/株高比大,稻苗生长效率(%)高,群体稻苗株高整齐度(%)高,稻苗显得整齐茁壮。 2.蓝色短波光能促进稻苗叶绿素的形成,提高叶绿素的含量与叶绿素的保持能力。 3.蓝色短波光能有效地促进稻苗的光合作用活性,提高稻苗的光合作用速率。而光呼吸强度以及CO_2补偿点(PPM)比较低,这样有利于合成较多的光合产物。 4.蓝色短波光能促进稻苗碳水化合物的形成与积累,碳水化合物含量高,尤以淀粉和纤维素的含量比较高。 5.蓝色短波光培育的稻苗栽插后返青快,分蘖早,单苗分蘖数多,成熟期每穗粒数多,结实率(%)高,有利增产。最后,从本实验方法可以看出,采用蓝色薄膜透过过滤的蓝色短波光培育水稻壮秧的农艺工序,基本上与一般惯用的薄膜覆盖育秧,温室育秧相同。即选种、浸种,消毒、清洗、催芽(刚露白尖)、播种和覆盖光照处理。从本实验结果阐明,蓝色短波光培育稻苗,可以提高壮秧的素质,育出整齐度(%)比较高,茁壮一致的壮秧。由此可见,采用蓝色短波光结合当前各地惯用的塑料薄膜育秧、温室育秧以及育秧工厂化等设施中既有理论上的意义,更有实践上的重大意义。

Finally, it can be seen from the experimental method that agronomic procedures for cultivating strong rice seedlings by blue short-wave light through filtering the blue film are basically the same as that of the commonly used film covering seedling raising and greenhouse seedling raising. Namely, seed, soaking, disinfection, cleaning, germination (just exposed white tip), sowing and covering light treatment. From the results of this experiment, blue shortwave light to cultivate rice seedlings, can improve the quality of strong seedlings, breed uniformity (%), robust consistent strong seedling. Thus, using blue shortwave light with the current plastic film commonly used around the world, nursery greenhouse and nursery plant facilities such as both the theoretical significance, more practical significance.
