S195柴油机故障一例

在修理工作中,我们曾发现一台S195柴油机修后起动不着,或是只爆发一两声就熄火了。经检查,发现高压油管喇叭头处孔径太小,喷进气缸的燃油远远不够用。能爆发几声,是因为有在未松减压手柄之前喷进气缸的一部分油,待这部分油烧完了,再喷入气缸的油不够燃烧,所以发动机不能连续工作。
