提起创新,人们往往联想到技术创新和产品创新。其实创新的种类远不止这些。创新主要有七种:产品创新、技术创新、营销创新、组织与制度创新、管理创新、文化创新、思维创新。思维创新有一个小故事:某董事长年事已高,想找人接班,可又拿不定是让位给大儿子还是二儿子。突然他有了主意,告诉两个儿子:前边有两匹马,黑的是大儿子的,白的是二儿子的,谁的马最后到达终点,就由谁来接班。大儿子听后在考虑如何比慢,而二儿子却飞身跨上黑马,迅速赶往终点。结果是二儿子最终接了班。
