实现中国梦是工会组织的历史使命,工会组织须将每项具体工作与这一历史使命紧密相联,才能在推动实现中国梦的历史进程中,发挥自身应有的作用,履行自身应承担的历史责任。一、维护职工合法权益、建立和谐劳动关系是工会组织推动实现中国梦的必然要求;二、努力激发职工的活力和凝聚力、汇聚正能量是工会组织推动实现中国梦的重要任务;三、做好职工思想政治教育、弘扬企业精神是工会组织推动实现中国梦的重要责任。
