社区是一定地域的居民生活共同体,心理联合体,它是人们生活、娱乐的主要载体。随着工业化与城市化两轮驱动,城郊都市新区不断得以扩张,给县域社区带来了发展机遇和新的挑战。伴随着新时期社区管理职能和任务的变化,社区居民具有了构成成份复杂化,群体结构多样化,价值观念多元化等特点。由于妇女自身的特殊性,社区的妇女工作牵涉到社区工作的方方面面,决定了她们是社区建设的核心力量之一,成为社区工作中很重要的组成部分。加强对这一问题的探讨,对于做好新时期社区妇女工作,落实科学发展观,提高市民素质,构建和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。本课题以两社区为蓝本进行探讨,阐述了社区妇女工作的重要性,分析了发展中的问题及原因,最后提出了工作创新的思路。
Community is a community living community and psychological association in a certain area. It is the main carrier of people’s life and entertainment. With the drive of industrialization and urbanization, the suburban metropolitan area has been continuously expanded to bring development opportunities and new challenges to the county community. With the changes of community management functions and tasks in the new era, the community residents have the characteristics of complicated composition, diversified group structure and diversified values. Due to the special nature of women, women’s work in the community involves all aspects of community work, which determines that they are one of the core forces in community building and become an important part of community work. Strengthening the discussion on this issue is of great significance for doing a good job in community women’s work in the new era, implementing the scientific concept of development, improving the quality of the public and building a harmonious society. This topic takes two communities as the blueprint, discusses the importance of women’s work in the community, analyzes the problems and reasons in the development, and finally puts forward the ideas of work innovation.
