以芦笋为试材,对接种茎枯病病原菌后的芦笋在不同时期喷施壳聚糖处理,并研究了发病情况、叶片光合作用与抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:喷施壳聚糖后,芦笋茎枯病发病率及发病指数均显著降低,且以接种病原菌后立即喷施壳聚糖效果最好,芦笋体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、愈创木酚过氧化物酶(G-POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性升高,接种病原菌造成的拟叶光合速率和气孔导度下降现象也得到明显缓解。表明壳聚糖能诱导芦笋茎枯病抗性,降低病原菌对其造成的伤害。
Asparagus was used as test material, the asparagus was inoculated chitosan at different stages after inoculation with the pathogen of the stem blight, and the incidence, the photosynthesis and antioxidant enzyme activities of the leaves were studied. The results showed that the incidence and the disease index of asparagus stem blight decreased significantly after spraying chitosan, and spraying chitosan immediately after inoculation was the best. The activities of catalase (CAT), superoxide The activity of SOD, G-POD and PPO increased, and the decrease of leaf photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance induced by pathogen inoculation was also obvious ease. Chitosan could induce the resistance of asparagus stem blight and reduce the damage caused by pathogen.
