目的了解吉林省国家疾病监测点居民死亡状况及死亡模式,为制定适合本省的干预措施提供科学依据。方法使用全国统一的死亡原因调查表,入户对5个国家疾病监测点2004-2005年死亡的25 948例进行死亡原因调查。结果5个监测点2004-2005年平均死亡率为633.15/10万,其中男性724.98/10万、女性540.07/10万;前5位死因顺位依次是脑血管疾病、心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒;平均期望寿命75.14岁,其中男性73.01岁,女性78.09岁。结论慢性非传染性疾病是居民主要死亡原因,损伤和中毒居儿童和青少年死因顺位的第1位,是影响儿童青少年健康的重要公共卫生问题。
Objective To understand the death status and death pattern of residents in national disease monitoring stations in Jilin Province and provide a scientific basis for formulating interventions suitable for this province. Methods A nationwide questionnaire of cause of death was used to investigate the causes of death among 25 948 deaths from 5 national disease surveillance sites in 2004-2005. Results The average mortality rate of 5 monitoring sites from 2004 to 2005 was 633.15 / lakh, including 724.98 / lakh for males and 540.07 / lakh for females. The top 5 causes of death were cerebrovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, Respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning; the average life expectancy was 75.14 years, of which 73.01 were men and 78.09 were women. Conclusions Chronic non-communicable diseases are the leading cause of death among residents. Injury and poisoning ranks first in the cause of death among children and adolescents. It is an important public health problem that affects the health of children and adolescents.
