目的研究中药刺槐花Robinia pseudoacacia的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20等方法进行分离纯化,采用光谱分析和理化常数对照等方法对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从刺槐花的醋酸乙酯部分中分离得到10个化合物,经光谱分析确定其结构分别为麦芽酚-3-O-[6′-O-(4″-羟基-反式-桂皮酰基)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、山柰酚(6)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、D-甘露醇(9)、D-3-O-甲基肌醇(10)。结论化合物1、3、8~10为首次从刺槐花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Chinese traditional Robinia pseudoacacia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis and physicochemical constants. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Robinia pseudoacacia. Their structures were confirmed by spectral analysis to be maltol-3-O-[6′-O-(4′′-hydroxy-trans-cinnamoyl)]. -β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactoside (3) , β-sitosterol (4), carotenoid (5), kaempferol (6), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhampyr-7-O-α-L-pyran Rhamnoside (7), Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactose-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (8), D-mannitol (9), D-3-O -Methyl-inositol (10) Conclusions Compounds 1, 3, and 8 to 10 were isolated from Robinia pseudoacacia for the first time.
