随着经济增长模式的转变,工业化进程的加快和新技术的广泛应用,对高技能人才的能力及素质标准提出了新的要求,既要有批判性头脑、责任心、创新能力、时空上的独立性,又要有解决问题的能力、团队合作及交流能力、方法与推理、应变与适应性等。从能力结构的角度看,必须从体系建设入手,做好高技能人才继续教育这篇大文章,进一步丰富高技能人才继续教育的内涵,以应对当前形势下经济社会快速发展对高技能人才需求的新挑战。
With the transformation of the mode of economic growth, the acceleration of industrialization and the extensive application of new technologies, new requirements are put forward on the competency and quality standards of highly skilled personnel.
