增殖诱导配体APRIL是近年来发现的肿瘤坏死因子家族新成员。通过对APRIL的分子结构、转录加工及组织表达的研究,发现APRIL与B细胞刺激因子BAFF氨基序列与空间结构均十分相似,初步了解APRIL受体BCMA和TACI及信号转导通路NF-κB途径,并发现了它在消化系统、血液系统、神经系统多种肿瘤细胞增殖发挥着重要作用,阻断APRIL与其受体结合可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖从而为肿瘤治疗提供新途径。
Proliferation-inducing ligand APRIL is a new member of tumor necrosis factor family found in recent years. Through the study of the molecular structure, transcriptional processing and tissue expression of APRIL, it was found that the amino acid sequences and spatial structure of APRIL and B-cell-stimulating factor BAFF were very similar. The APRIL receptor BCMA, TACI and signal transduction pathway NF- And found that it plays an important role in the proliferation of many tumor cells in the digestive system, hematological system and nervous system. Blocking the combination of APRIL and its receptor can obviously inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and provide a new way for tumor treatment.
