铅电解液中铋的测定,由于试液成分较复杂,过去采用硝酸反复蒸干后,于EDTA存在下用钢试剂/三氯甲烷萃取铋,再用碘化钾—马钱子碱法比色。该法流程长,准确性差。我们试验了于0.1—0.3N硝酸液中以二—2—乙基己基磷酸正庚烷萃取铋,用硝酸—疏脲反萃取,于460毫微米测定。实验证明,铅电解液中的Fe、Sb、Sn、Zn、Cu和氯离子等不干扰测定。方法快速、准确性好。
Determination of bismuth in lead electrolyte, the test solution composition is more complex, the past repeated use of nitric acid evaporated in the presence of EDTA with steel reagent / chloroform extraction bismuth, and potassium iodide - brucine method colorimetric. This method has long process and poor accuracy. We tested bismuth extracted with n-heptane di-2-ethylhexyl phosphate in 0.1-0.3 N nitric acid solution and back-extracted with nitric-ureas, measured at 460 nm. Experiments show that lead, electrolyte, Fe, Sb, Sn, Zn, Cu and chloride ions do not interfere with the determination. The method is fast and accurate.
