对苏霍姆林斯基我是早有耳闻,也零零星星地了解一些,但是没能坚持读完,尤其是没能认真地思考过。这次国培给了我机会拜读大作,受益匪浅。我总认为一个老师只要有爱就是一个优秀的老师,一个老师只要敬业就是一个称职的老师。读了苏霍姆林斯基的故事后我明白:一名优秀的老师首先应该是一个快乐的人。老师是人,他有七情六欲,他也要去应付人情世故,他同样要经历悲欢离合。所有人可能犯的错误他都有可能犯。生活所困让
I had heard of Sukhomlinski for a long time, and I also learned something sporadically, but I did not insist on reading it, especially since I did not seriously think about it. This national training gave me a chance to read a masterpiece and benefit greatly. I always think that a teacher as long as there is love is a good teacher, a teacher as long as dedication is a competent teacher. After reading Sukhomlinski’s story, I realized that a good teacher should first be a happy man. The teacher is a man, he has passion, he also has to deal with the worldly affairs of mankind, he also experiences joys and sorrows. He may be guilty of all the mistakes everyone may make. Life is trapped
