目的探讨焦炉逸散物对焦炉工周围血血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平的影响。方法随机选取焦炉作业工人60名(20名炉顶工、20名炉侧工和20名炉底工)作为接触组,随机选取20名不接触有害物质的大学师生作为对照组。用黄嘌呤氧化酶法对血清SOD活力进行测定;用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对IL-2和TNF-α的表达水平进行测定。结果焦炉工的SOD活力为17.73 kU/L(中位数,以下数据均为中位数)显著高于对照组的3.91 kU/L;而IL-2水平为88.13 ng/L,显著低于对照组的174.37 ng/L;TNF-α水平为77.57 ng/L,显著低于对照组的177.91 ng/L;3个项目与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论接触焦炉逸散物可导致接触者SOD活力增高,IL-2和TNF-α表达水平降低,可能是诱发肿瘤的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of Coke Oven on the activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the serum of coke oven workers. Methods 60 workers (20 top workers, 20 furnace side workers and 20 bottom workers) of coke oven workers were randomly selected as the contact group, and 20 university teachers and students who were not exposed to harmful substances were randomly selected as the control group. Serum SOD activity was measured by xanthine oxidase method. The expression of IL-2 and TNF-α was measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The SOD activity of coke oven workers was 17.73 kU / L (median, the following data were median) was significantly higher than the control group 3.91 kU / L; and IL-2 level was 88.13 ng / L, significantly lower than 174.37 ng / L in control group and 77.57 ng / L in TNF-α group, which was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05 or <0.01) . Conclusions Exposure to coke oven fugitives can lead to increased SOD activity and decreased expression of IL-2 and TNF-α in contact persons, which may be one of the reasons for tumor induction.
