[目的]为了解柳州市不同食品中铅镉污染状况。[方法]按照国家标准方法GB/T5009-2003对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅、镉含量。[结果]共检测7类163件食品,食品中铅镉含量均符合国家标准的有151件,合格率为92.6%,铅的单项污染指数值大小顺序为肉类(0.585)﹥粮食(0.530)﹥食用菌类(0.291)﹥皮蛋(0.284)﹥猪肾(0.236)﹥水产品(0.222)﹥蔬菜(0.212);镉的单项污染指数值大小顺序为食用菌类(1.25)﹥粮食(0.371)﹥猪肾(0.312)﹥水产品(0.278)﹥蔬菜(0.241)﹥肉类(0.181)。[结论]食用菌类已经受到镉的污染,各类食品中铅镉都有检出,说明存在不同程度的积累,应引起重视。
[Objective] To understand lead and cadmium pollution in different foods in Liuzhou city. [Method] The samples were pretreated according to the national standard method GB / T5009-2003, and the contents of lead and cadmium were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [Result] A total of 163 foodstuffs in 7 categories were detected. The lead and cadmium contents in foodstuffs were all in conformity with the national standard, with a pass rate of 92.6%. The single pollution index value of lead was in the order of meat (0.585)> grain (0.530) > Edible fungi (0.291)> preserved egg (0.284)> porcine kidney (0.236)> aquatic products (0.222)> vegetables (0.212). The order of single pollution index of cadmium was edible fungi (1.25) > Pig kidney (0.312)> aquatic products (0.278)> vegetables (0.241)> meat (0.181). [Conclusion] The edible fungi have been polluted by cadmium, and all the lead and cadmium in all kinds of food have been detected, indicating the existence of different degrees of accumulation, which deserves our attention.
