1994～1996年间，在延边（龙井、和龙、敦化）、蛟河和舒兰等地三年的烟田施用优化配方除草剂小区试验和100ha生产示范试验结果表明：广灭灵加2．4-D丁酯（1＋0．5～0．75）kg／ha和广灭灵加除草通（1＋2）kg／ha为优化配方，防效可达80．1～89．8％，公顷成本在161～240元。施用优化配方的烟株其林高、叶长、叶宽明显比对照大，而且产值可提高9．5～21％。
In 1994-1996, the optimal formula herbicide plot test and 100ha production demonstration experiment in tobacco fields of Yanbian (Longjing, Helong, Dunhua), Jiaohe and Shulan for three years showed that the combination of clomazone plus 2.4- (1 + 0.5-0.75) kg / ha and 1 (2 + 2) kg / ha of clomazone were the optimal formula with the control effect of 80.1-89.8% and the cost of hectare ranging from 161 ~ 240 yuan. The plant height, leaf length and leaf width of tobacco plants with optimized formulas were significantly larger than that of the control plants, and the output value could be increased by 9.5-21%.
