In recent years, society in Hejian City, Hebei Province has achieved rapid development. As a supplement to the national health undertakings, social doctors provide a certain degree of health care services for the society. However, due to the influence of many factors such as the nature of medical treatment, conditions of practice, and the quality of personnel, many problems have also been exposed in the operation of social medical institutions, such as unreasonable layout of outlets, chaotic operation and management, low technological level, and access to medicines.
