某食用菌企业中央空调冷却塔的散热效率低、冷却水流量小,夏季制冷主机的冷却水进水温度大大高于进水温度设计要求,导致机组制冷效率大幅下降,能耗大幅升高。针对现有冷却系统已存在问题,将中央空调系统原有的5台散热效率低的冷却塔更换为5台散热效率更高的方形横流式二面进风冷却塔,另外将冷却水系统供回水管径加大,将3台流量较小的冷却水泵更换为流量更大的冷却水泵,从而提高冷却水系统的冷却水流量,进一步提高散热效果,达到节能降耗的目的,既降低了企业运行成本,又具有显著的环境效益。
