北京整流器厂研制的LPIE型GTR变频调速装置于今年九月十五日通过北京仪器仪表总公司的鉴定。这是我国第一台单片机矢量控制的变频调速装置。本装置是采用大功率晶体管(GTR)作为功率元件的变频调速装置。它由GTR功率模块组成三相桥组采用正弦波脉宽调制方式实现变压变频协调控制。在控制方面,采用单片机矢量控制和电流环、数字和模拟混合控制,因而系统的机械特性硬、调速范围宽、动态响应速度快、体积小,重量轻,结构简单。本装置还设有过电流、过电压、欠电压和接地等保护环节,并配有灯光显示报警,工作可靠。
Beijing Rectifier Factory developed LPIE-type GTR inverter speed control device on September 15 this year by Beijing Instrument Corporation Identification. This is China’s first single-chip vector control of the frequency control device. This device is a high-power transistor (GTR) as the power components of the frequency control device. It consists of GTR power module composed of three-phase bridge using sinusoidal pulse width modulation modulation and frequency conversion coordinated control. In terms of control, SCM vector control and current loop, digital and analog hybrid control, so the mechanical properties of the system hard, wide speed range, dynamic response speed, small size, light weight, simple structure. The device also has over-current, over voltage, under voltage and ground protection and other links, and with light display alarm, reliable work.
