Survivin在前列腺癌组织中高表达并与前列腺癌组织恶性程度、临床分期相关[1]。为判断检测Survivin蛋白表达的临床价值,选择2004年5月至2006年4月在我院确诊为前列腺癌的45例患者,对其Survivin表达强度与目前临床常用的判断预后指标Gleason评分、血清PSA水平做相关性分析,报告如下。
Survivin is overexpressed in prostate cancer tissues and correlated with the malignancy and clinical stage of prostate cancer [1].
